At Artifacts and Irony, we curate the internet's most innovative gadgets and lifestyle essentials. To bring you the best trending products, we partner with premium fulfillment centers and logistics partners across India to ensure your items reach you quickly and safely.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national public holidays. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to verify your purchase before it is dispatched.
2. Shipping Time Once your order has been processed and leaves the fulfillment center, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Delivery (India): 3 to 7 business days Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your specific pin code and external factors such as local carrier delays. Currently, we only ship within India.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We frequently offer Free Shipping promotions across India. If applicable, any standard shipping fees or COD handling charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link. You can use this link to track your package's journey in real-time.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Failed Deliveries If you choose COD, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact cash amount. Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If a package is returned to us (Return to Origin) due to the customer rejecting the parcel or being unavailable, we reserve the right to restrict COD options on your future orders.
6. Incorrect Address Please ensure that your shipping details (including your precise pin code and phone number) are accurate at checkout. Artifacts and Irony is not responsible for delayed orders, failed deliveries, or RTO charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages While we strive to deliver your order perfectly, transit issues can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and ensure you take a clear unboxing video as proof. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can escalate the issue with our shipping partners.
