About Us: Artifacts & Irony
We didn't want to build another generic streetwear brand. Look around. The internet is flooded with copy-paste Western aesthetics and loud, meaningless graphics. We realized that the clothes we actually wanted to wear—the ones that spoke to our actual daily lives, our late-night grinds, and our roots—didn't exist.
So, we built Artifacts & Irony.
We design apparel for the dual identities of the modern Indian creator, developer, and hustler. Our collections are built on two core pillars:
The Irony (Terminal Mode) For the builders, the coders, and the tech professionals who practically live in heavy-weight hoodies. We know what it means to be staring at a screen at 2:00 AM in Bangalore or Pune. We skip the loud logos and focus on minimalist, self-deprecating humor, clean terminal typography, and premium tech-wear aesthetics. It’s apparel for those who know the system is operational, but not optimal.
The Artifacts (Vintage India) For the nostalgic soul. We take the deep-rooted visual history of India—from classic matchbox art to the timeless brass cups of a South Indian Coffee House—and modernize it for today. It’s a tribute to the aesthetics we grew up with, fueled by endless cups of chai and filter coffee, pressed into high-quality modern silhouettes.
Our Quality Promise A good design is worthless if it’s printed on a cheap, transparent T-shirt. We don't do fast fashion. Every piece of apparel we sell is printed on premium, heavy-weight cotton designed to survive the daily commute, the long studio hours, and the test of time.
We don't just sell clothes. We sell inside jokes, late-night rituals, and wearable identity.
Welcome to the club.
